Our exclusive, state-of-the-art equipment prevents physical proximity. We have also installed Plexiglas protective panels in places where it may be difficult to maintain an appropriate distance between people.

Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., our store will be reserved for customers who are 60 years and older, or who have underlying medical conditions. This will greatly reduce the number of people in the store so customers can feel confident they are coming to a safe place.

Thanks to latest technology, we can systematically sanitize all our frames with UV-C rays after each handling to guarantee a no-risk shopping experience.

As the largest glasses store in the region, we were able to rearrange our showroom to respect the Ministry of Health and Social Services’s social distancing guidelines.

We have installed several dispensers throughout our store to distribute Health Canada approved hand sanitizer.

We sterilized our ventilation system, increased the rate at which air is circulated (ACH), and installed high performance filters.

All our frames are displayed in closed displays, which only our eye care professionals can access.

We have reviewed and adjusted our maintenance and hygiene protocols to be able to welcome you into an even safer environment. The store is sterilized daily using products recommended by Health Canada and the waiting room chairs are sanitized after each use.

Our eye care professionals now wear uniforms that are washed daily.
